Mid-Mitten Chapter usually meets on the second Monday of the month at 6:30-8:00pm at the Chippewa Nature Center 400 S. Badour Rd in Midland, Michigan. Open to the public. We are centrally located in the center of Michigan, with most members from Midland, Bay, Saginaw, Isabella, and nearby counties.
Mid-Mitten members also gather monthly for other activities, with field trips during summer months. We organize trips to tour natural areas and gardens. We have worked together to make native bee blocks and suet feeders to sell at local events. You can find our information booth at local events such as the Chippewa Nature Center’s annual Native Plant Sale.
