Wild Ones member Randy Kursinsky is hosting us at his property which is full of native plants and wildlife habitat thanks to his work over the years. He will provide an optional woods walk from 12-1.  From 1-3, we will be collecting native plant seeds both for our personal native gardens and for the chapter to package and give away next year.  Additionally, there will be a few plants available for digging. Bring anything you need for your personal seeds and plants.

The public is welcome to attend. Meet at 376 South 7 Mile. Please carpool where possible and bring a lawn chair if desired.

This program is brought to you by the Wild Ones Mid-Mitten Chapter, part of a member-based national organization whose mission promotes environmentally-sound landscaping practices to preserve biodiversity through the preservation, restoration, and establishment of native plant communities. The Mid-Mitten Chapter is based in Midland, Bay, Saginaw, and Isabella counties. It meets monthly typically on the second Monday, and welcomes new members.
